This site is designed for lifeguards supervisor who wish to use Google Apps products in the same way I have. In the videos below, it is a good idea to select the highest resolution and allow them to buffer before viewing. This will ensure the best viewing experience and allow you to see the most detail. If you need a closer look, double click on a video. This will take you to the YouTube page with the video. From there, you can pop the video out in a bigger window. Don't forget to select the highest quality for viewing.
